At Hudson Grace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain oversized furniture and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box with all protective padding and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
